Adriene, you constantly amaze me with your honesty, grace, and authenticity. This video really resonated with me. One never knows what burden another carries. Someone sent me a meme recently: Just because she carries it well, dowsnt mean it’s not heavy.

You could never make a video again and I would be happy that you're doing what's right for you! Everything this platform has become is a gift, not a right. I hope the pressure to perform isn't one of the things weighing you down.

Embrace the change, make the turn. I am sure I’m not the normal demographic for your site. I’m 65 and I retired 2 1/2 years ago. I had a high stress job negotiating huge contracts for a communications company. I was 40lbs overweight. I was a mess. I decided it was time for change. I was trading years of life for dollars. The day I retired my stress level dropped from Spinal Tap 11 to about 2. Then Covid hit and I was stuck inside. A bad way to start retirement. 2 months into the Covid thing I had a sore neck from sleeping wrong and I did a search for neck and shoulder exercises. There you were. I’ve been practicing almost every day since. I starting eating right. I’m now 40lbs lighter. I feel SO much better. You and this practice literally saved me. I now golf about 140 rounds a year. I’m healthy and enjoying life and family. I wish the same for you. Hang in there kid. You got this.

Thank you for your vulnerability, Adriene; sending you lots of love. I, too, went through some crazy panic-attacks "out of nowhere" during a couple of huge transitional times in my life... one being just a few months ago. They were some of the scariest moments I've had. Our practices here have been a nothing less than a lifeline and I thank you so much for them even as you navigate choppy waters yourself. Take good care! xx P.S. For anyone here that it may help... I have found the DARE app to be wonderful in the middle of anxiety or panic.

Darling Adriene. As someone who has experienced anxiety in various intensities most of my life. I want to honour your for sharing your experience. For years it didnt make sense to me that my body could experience anxiety while my mind was not because much of the information about anxiety speaks of the bodies reaction to the mind and thoughts, which is absolutelycan be and most often is, I’m so pleased that we are noticing more and more the

Dear Adriene, we are told, on an airplane, to “ put on your own mask before helping others”. May you be safe, healthy and well enough to come back to us when you’re ready. Namaste and thank you.

Lovely message, Adriene. Find peace and love where you can. Take care of you and we'll all take care of each other. Here we have a sacred circle. With much love.

Adriene...I am not one to post comments on vlogs or send emails to people that I've never met. And, I have spent the last 2 (+) years doing yoga "with" you, and I've reached a place where I cannot, not, thank you. Your videos have challenged me to do yoga 30 days in a row, twice. Your videos have taught me to connect with my anchor, my breath, throughout unbelievably challenging times, so that I could be more calm and present for my family and my students. I have grown stronger and more flexible with your guidance. And I have learned how to free myself from all kinds of physical pain through watching your videos. Thank you so much for having a huge positive impact on my life. I am thinking of you as you move through this current challenge, and trust that you will come through the other side better than ever.

Thank you so much. Change is good. Boundries are good. Take care of you and do let anyone blow out your candle (just watched a Brenee Brown clip about 'candle blower outers'). Much love and light 💛💕
