Cultivate heat in the body as you focus on sensation. </p><p><br></p><p>Create a strong relationship with your breath. Use Ujayi pranayama throughout this practice - exhale out through the mouth as needed to release heat. <a href="https://fwfg.com/programs/yoga-meditation-moon" target="_blank">Marry it with your Moon practice to balance the two opposing forces that exist in all things.</a></p><p><br></p><p>This practice invites some intermediate yoga opportunities - per your request. This is probably one of my all time favorite videos because of the fiery flow, the beautiful sounds of the ocean, and the peaceful meditation at the end. But I haven't done this one since the day that my 22-year old kitty crossed the rainbow bridge last April. It was the Last Practice I ever had with her (she was basically always in the room with me while I practiced), and I am afraid of doing it again. I'm not sure what I'm afraid of exactly... Maybe I'm afraid of the grief from the memories? Or maybe I'm afraid that, if I do this video one more time, I'll erase that wonderful and awful Last Practice I had with her? I have to admit, though, that it's kind of beautiful (albeit sad) that this video will take me back to that Last Practice, and I hope one day I'll be brave and start this wonderful video up again, because it's truly one of my favorites. Lots of love to Adriene, team, and everyone else practicing here ❤️

I find it very difficult to sit in that position for meditation even with the cushion underneath. My right knee and hip is not as flexible as my left one and it starts to ache. Any suggestions please?

First time I feel enough confident to try crow pose... I left my feet on time, two times... The third times my feet were lifted for a few little seconds and I fell but I was so proud of me that I laughed !! Day 321 of yoga with Adriene and the community, I means a lot for me 🥰🥰 Love from a happy french woman who feels supported 🥰🥰 Namaste 🙏

The moon practice and this sun practice are so beneficial. Will do them regularly, next to the 7 day chakra ride. &lt;3
