I also come back when i think i just cant. Dealing with undiagnosed illness &amp; trying to recover from husbands unexpected dropping dead 2 yrs ago….this is so uplifting😊literally &amp; figuratively! Thank you Adriene &amp; crew💕🌿🌷

Like so many others, exactly what I needed today. My husband is very ill and has been in the hospital for a week and I'm trying to find short, calming practices to fit into my day between hospital calls. Very difficult during COVID. Thank you, Adriene. Hope you and Benji are still safe and warm.

<p>I got on the mat today planning to do a longer practice, since it’s Saturday, but when I saw this sweet little gem, I felt a sense of relief. I knew it was the right choice for me. However, after it was done, my body and spirit were craving more, so worked through some of my favorite sequences and poses in the silence, including warrior (with humble warrior, which we almost never do, but I love!) and some balancing poses, like tree and dancer. Feel rested, empowered, and nourished. </p><p></p><p>Thank you, Adriene and team, for the calendar AND for giving us the tools to explore and trust ourselves to find what feels good. 💛🙏💛</p>
