<p>A little goes a long way. One of my early wins was giving myself permission to accept what’s realistic and just do something with the time I have. (Turning yoga into a chore is the opposite of the goal.) 10 minutes is better than zero, for sure! And one reason I practice daily, regardless of my to-do list.</p>

<p>Even when I don't feel like hopping on the mat or think I have no time, I do. Why? Because Adriene and the whole YWA team make it so easy. This practice is short yet equally as  sweet and stretchy. Perfect remedy for my inertia due to overwhelming sadness with a loved ones progressive diagnosis. Allows me to move into the rest of my day with a bit more grace and ease. Filled with gratitude. Thank you.</p>
