<p>“Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”</p><p>My county, one of the top 5 economies in the world, has 88 cities. Unbeknownst to us, we have had some sort of disruptions in some very small concentrated areas. While where we are, our lives went on as normal. Quiet. But, some forces were sent in, when no requests were ever made. I just found out about it today, June, 10. As we have been busy preparing for Sunday’s gathering and celebration…then the cleanup thereafter. We all had fun! Not knowing something was amiss, elsewhere. I’m sharing to let everyone know, in case you have heard of it — that life is going well as usual, with all of us. Where we live. Others are really feeling and experiencing what’s become the common norm. And yet, I don’t know what would be the cause for add’l forces…I just found out till earlier this morning. </p><p>Thanks Adriene for this opportunity to connect inwards. Gracefully sit in stillness and follow my breath along with the arms movements — I picture myself drawing energy up from the earth and bringing it towards my heart then to the “cave” behind my head and upwards over the crown of my head crown and taking it down back for the earth to cleanse. And repeat. May we all be protected from harm. </p><p>Thanks Adriene, this was such a welcome gift today. I feel calm. But I don’t want to get used to feeling numb. Doing this session with you felt good and that I shared it with those who were or still are affected by this. We are all connected. I will edit later…</p><p>Peace. Light. And so much Love to All.
