This one I struggled with, felt fidgety and uncomfortable… but hey I did it anyway! (Part of the reason is probably my astigmatism - hard to focus on anything for long without my glasses which I don’t wear for yoga. I think I’ll keep doing yoga mostly eyes closed, it’s such a welcome relief for my eyes. But happy for this opportunity to explore and find out what works for me)

Amazing mind exercise as well as body. More challenging than i would expect! Feeling bright &amp; clear after that.

This was quite fascinating. Keeping a focus point while lifting on my tiptoes made such a difference. In goddess pose too. I love closing my eyes while doing yoga so it was an “eye opening” experience. Literally 😅🙏🏻♥️

Nice and east one for me, as i have a difficulty to close my eyes in practice. Also good for a restart after a week-long absense of practice due to a bad virus that caused me bronchitis.

Oh, dear, not for me today. I made myself come to the mat at my usual 5am but had woken still tired and with a headache after a particularly busy and long day at work yesterday. I have never stopped part way through a video before. Reading others’ comments, I need to give this another go one day.

I was thinking how helpful this practice is going to be for when I go paddle boarding I just learned how to stand without falling in the water last year. LoL
