This is a great decluttering tool. To evict those who try to cram up my innerspace with crappy ideas ;) Tyler, you are helping me to effectively raise the rent in my internal ecosystem by letting go of those outside concerns that’s so energy depleting. You’ve given them ample notice to glide away as you’re in the house! Nice brain dumps to fill my headspace with so much good information to keep connecting to my breath, marvel at those expansions you’ve guided me to manifest in my hips, shoulders, arms spine…and yes, I can go on and on! I love you back!

Thank you for this mindful and meditative session. Highly curated and conceptualized session encapsulated with brilliantly dropped fun facts! Such a highly engaging session. The mind was ever so willing as you coax my lower body to grow solid and grow roots so my upper body can rise, rise up to the heavens…heavy and yet so light! Nice Tree Pose. And yes, taking up roots in Triangle Pose too! That was amazingly good! That I was able to enjoy the stay, was all due to you! You made it so hospitable for me to be right at home. Thank you! Those subtle hip movements or adjustments and longer exhalation and drawing in were so good for all of me! This is a delightful practice. A masterclass. Well worth every second of those challenging moments! My mind stuck with me as my body remain fiercely focused on your cues. WOW! To gain new perspectives and insights from you to ease into triangle pose, tadasana, forward folds, warriors, sit well in easy pose, at home in essential tabletop.com and really appreciate cat cow and those those expansive spinal flexions (especially the extensions). Loving the elephant in the room as it helps me ground my thigh! All those fun and helpful visuals! To notice the alignments and enjoy the sensations! You’re a genius in disguise 💜

Grateful for lower body strength and really growing standing poses solid from the roots up to my waistline and feeling light and upright from my core/center all the way up as I zip my spine, elegant neck :) “chin on a level table,” crown of my head reaching upwards to the heavens while the sun is rising to my left and the moon still hanging around on my right. Thank you for creating the conditions to marvel at the bigger picture as I work in with all I have to offer and get so much unseen benefits that keep me flowing. And not combusting! Using my breath to fuel all of me to create and produce more good energies to share with the world that needs more sustainable actions to grow a more inclusive, loving and compassionate world. All those takeaways and lovely souvenirs from hip expansions, brain dumps, shoulders drawing down, and owning my space in those gravity defying stretches that reaches way deeper into my inner sanctum - that way no other outside forces can take space and pull me down. Let them! try. I’ll keep my space for myself, own it and stand up to protect my buffers :) I’m loving this journey! This is very timely. (It’s all landing well Adriene, Chris and Team.) Appreciate all the body scans, the cues to create more good awareness and safety on the mat!

You’ve made my day once again Tyler! Excited to see you again tomorrow. And I’m inhaling much, much longer like the cool kids! Thank you for all the delightful cues! I wonder how you’d guide a meditation practice! Hmm…that would be epic, for sure divinely fun and relaxing! Peace. Light. Love. Practice more with Tyler! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 03/19/25

There’s some great one liners in here. I particularly liked ‘We also invite you to put emphasis on the exhales. All the cool kids are doing it these days.’

More humour in yoga is good - it can get so serious at times

My wrist was hurting after the second video and stopped. I healed and now I'm back. This was awesome. I'm gonna take a picture of my tree because I judge myself for having my leg on my calf. And a picture of my trikonasana. 😍 I love your guidance. Namaste

Brining forth the attitude and the heart of yoga is a great point, Tyler. It helps me to see and feel the energetics behind the poses and the overall affect that a practice brings to the body. It's a positive way to assist growth in other aspects of life. Thank you! 🙏🏻☺️

I really enjoyed this triangle and tree pose practice! I love the breakdown you present in your practices, including the breath. I will definitely revisit this practice to help strengthen and stretch the side muscles that come with the triangle pose!

TYLER! You were ON it today. I loved this particular practice. Prompts were excellent. I was breathing more than I usually do. I smiled, I chuckled, I felt great, and am ready to start the day. I feel like a cool kid. Thank you, and have a beautiful day.
