In this 22-minute practice, Marnie teaches core-building exercises that avoid extra strain on the spine. You’ll spend time working the large transversus abdominis muscle and the many hip flexor muscles. Then work on your core and balance with modified side planks and Vishnu’s Couch pose. This short practice packs a punch!</span></p></div>

Hard in a good way. I'm going to be doing this series a lot. Those were the best cues I've heard for forearm plank, especially reaching the breast bone forward. That clicked. Thank you, Marnie 😊

Amazing queuing in this whole series. I have been able to do things i thought i couldn’t do and even better i have been wobbly at things i thought i couldn’t do, which i assume means is because i am finally using the correct form and muscles. Thank you!
