I’m caring for my 93-year-old mother as her life on earth comes to an end and she’s walking into eternal life. This practice helped me to calm and move energy and emotions at this very difficult time. Thank You🥰❤️

This practice really helped me with issues I've been facing mentally and physically! I really need to simplify as I've begun to realise I most likely have ADHD and have to find ways to manage it, otherwise life is going to run away from me. In particular the gentle back strengthening moves combined with the stretches really helped me with a shoulder injury I've been struggling with. Definitely adding this one to my favourites!

This is exactly my goal this summer after what all school staff feel was a very challenging school year. Not my students, they were delightful! But the Covid restrictions, the constant testing, quarantines, the social emotional needs, the learning challenges after all the interruptions to instruction the last few years and yet everyone expecting us to simultaneously address all these added needs and act like it was all back to normal. Quite simply, my cup is near empty and I'm spending this summer simplifying and taking care of me!

I keep getting ankle pain with wide-legged standing positions like the star pose. Not the good kind of pain. After 9 years practicing yoga this is still my nemesis. I managed to conquer crow pose and handstand but star pose is still defeating me. Yes, I have tried narrowing and widening the stance, and I ensure I am distributing the weight evenly across my foot. I have tried playing around with adding more weight to the inner arch or the outer part of the foot, but nothing works. When I just try to endure the pose, afterwards, I am not able to even do mountain pose without a break. I engage my core. I tried engaging more, engaging less... Don't k now what else to do. Any advice?

Help! I am having technical issues, I have been to the tech help and did everything they told me by uninstalling the app and rebooting my phone. When I finish my daily yoga it shows completed, but when we I go to to the calendar page it says I missed it?? Been going to on for days now.

Oh. my. lord. WAYYYYY to much talking! This is exactly why I stopped doing the 30 day January practices. A shocking amount of talking that just leaves me feeling extremely frustrated. I wish this could be simplified with less be talking at and more just feeling and experiencing.

If only the commentary was simplified too - I had to give up with all the chatter and no it's not my head - I just don't need a constant stream of talking - sorry

This practice made me cry so much. 😅 But that is good. At least I was able to find SOMETHING inside. I observed how superficial I can be sometimes and how easy it is to ignore the deeper truths. Thank you, Adriene! 🖤
