<p>Your Day 6 yoga is the ultimate core power practice. You are a lot stronger than you think. This is&nbsp;a&nbsp;process! Trust it. Utilize the tools that we have introduced thus far, starting with your breath. This practice includes a lot of philosophy to ignite more than just a fire in the core muscles of the body.&nbsp;</p><p>In the midst of a targeted core practice, who knew you could learn and love so hard? Prioritize that.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This core strength session is all about valuing presence over outcome.&nbsp;</p><p>Be present with what is. This is what the yoga practice lovingly asks of us.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This session may not be easy. I loved this practice, I always look forward to day 6 :) But I would love love love if one day you made a Foundations of Yoga for boat pose. I can never tell if I'm doing it right - I fall back on my tailbone a lot (I am lacking in the booty area), and my quads ache a lot more than my abs.

When I do boat pose it makes my quads burn? What am I doing wrong?

<p>Started this 30 day as I’m trying to commit to every day, since the new app launch I haven’t been as committed without seeing my completed days in calendar. I have done 6 days! </p><p>This was tough but I tried. 🙃 </p>

Oh man I sucked at those boat poses today, so disappointing but my hips just would cooperate with me today. Leaving squeezing in my yoga until right before bed probably didn’t help me either, I’m definitely going to have to revisit this one at a later date and hopefully get it right, feeling a bit deflated after that.

I really connected with "the spirit". I've been practicing meditation intentions " I am not the body, I'm not even the mind" to connect with Spirit so today really resonated with me. I'm so grateful for your teachings and it's so inline with the path I am practicing to follow. I love how it's not just about the yoga with you and once I found you, my very long search for at home yoga was over. Namaste 💜

That boat/stretching out boat move was HARD! I really tried, and up until that point had been keeping up, but that move was just TOOO much and I couldn't work out how you'd modify it to make it do-able (arms behind me didn't really help). Feel a bit deflated as it seemed this move was quite a lot of the session and I just couldn't see how to join in. BUT... I did show up... and have a sick child home (so haven't slept) so guess I need to be a bit kinder to myself! off to have a cuppa tea :o)
