When we are able to do that, we invite in a beautiful opportunity to both <strong>rest and digest </strong>after a long day. </p><p><br></p><p>Through self-massage and breath technique, we will tend to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being to promote total equilibrium, as well as improved digestion and sleep. </p><p><br></p><p>I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket or large towel to sit on. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Invite your inner world to REST.</strong></p>
