<p>Yoga P.E. (or Yoga Physical Education) is a series of short mindful movement breaks designed for young virtual learners! This Yoga P.E. Body break offers a fun set of movements and poses that can improve focus, increase flexibility, boost energy, balance your mood, increase coordination, counter screen fatigue, and decrease anxiety or stress. </p><p><br></p><p>Take ten minutes to shake it out, get your heart rate going, stretch, and find your balance. No materials required, just a body and your breath. </p><p><br></p><p>Share this with a fellow teacher, parent, or friend! (Big kids are welcome to give it a whirl too!)</p>

Lol! I havent done a jumping jack in I dont even know how long! Its surprising that my body didnt really know ho to do it anymore…like my legs and arms didnt feel synced. 🤔

Love when Adriene surprises us with this kind of practice! And BTW it kicked my butt at the end! 😵‍💫. Need to work more on my cardio 🙏🏼🪶

<p>IIRC this Yoga PE series came out during the first wave of Covid? Years later I'm still a regular and so thankful for these delightful little pick me ups &lt;3 every time I feel utterly out of it (grouchy, moody, general clouds over and/or in my head) and don't want to touch a longer workout, this and the Heart practice have gotten me smiling and limbered up for the rest of my day after. Thank you for the love and thought in pitching this at all ages, Adriene!!</p>
