I have forgotten how wonderful this practice makes me feel! Thanks for including this in the Motivate calendar! It truly is motivation enough to show up daily for ourselves! Great reminder to come to the mat with whatever we’ve got - surrender, get Motivated to find something good! Nice visualization! Buzz breathing elongates my exhales - emptying ever so slowly from deep down the belly up to the chest the shoulders, neck area to the mouth opening and my tongue, slowly buzzing between my teeth - awesome feeling. And I recall…with this shift and the emotional tug I felt - Adriene, because you openly share/d about it in your Sunday emails, I got clarity. So I reconnected to my childhood fascination with the Big Dipper, my attachment to Polaris - my True North! You brought me so much JOY, happy memories I have stored from childhood! I just have to share - I am ever so grateful to be reminded of all those great and heartwarming memories back. It warms my heart. May my life touch your life and those of everyone else’s here practicing for the better! The way y’all are touching mine. I am a midnight blue butterfly with smiley face/twinkling eyes, adorned with spotted colors of the chakra wheel! Even Jupiter and Venus are showing up for all of us! It’s hard not to find ease and balance no matter what we’re still figuring out in our world. Just be, a “buzzy” bee. When it’s overcast and too cold to take an early morning walk, visualizing creatures big and small brings nature and all its regenerative energies to my own love cave. Thank you!!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
