<p>If you do morning practices before your 9-5, you're some kinda superhero, in my opinion 😉 I looove Adriene's morning practices, but if it's not a weekend, I do them after work, and let me tell you, they're just as needed then. So good for shaking off the workday ✌️💕</p>

<p>Ooooo.I almost passed on this one. 36 minutes. Can I spend this much time here ? Well I did and am so grateful to learn a lot, especially in the warrior poses where Adriene gave me slow and purposeful instruction. I gained a lot of knowledge so thank you ! Namaste x</p>
