Beautiful practice but I can’t see the part of you that is on your mat since it’s blocked by the words on the screen. I don’t know how this started and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions.

For a year now, I'm doing these daily exercices, always with our dog Lucy at my side. In February, her daughter died, so she became extra close with me at night. I put the kids to bed, put on my yoga treat and there she was, every night. I posted this picture of us earlier, doing figure 4. Last Monday, we had to put her to sleep. She stopped eating and drinking, we could see she suffered. But God I miss her at these precious moments. I burst into tears during the child's pose... I know it will get better though. So when Adriene said 'my thoughts will flow freely', it was very comforting. Have a nice rest of your day.

This is a slow, gentle, meditative practice, very beginner friendly, focus is on the spine. Begins with seated pranayama, then some gentle stretches for the neck and side body, including a seated twist. Continues with cat-cow flexion, extended child’s pose, a down dog, some gentle heart opening, a long forward fold and a reclined pigeon. Ends on your back with a mantra.

I do love my yoga pants, but it’s especially nice to see Adriene in street clothes today! I often end up doing my yoga in whayever I’m already wearing

Everything in Denmark has closed down today, because of Corona. Schools, restaurants and concerts. Instead I will write on my novel and find hope with this yoga at home community ❤️

Thanks Adrienne. I don’t know if this is the place to ask technical questions(it’s my first time communicating here) at the very end you say to let your knees touch and relax but I can’t seem to relax because it’s such an effort to keep them touching( ie not easily achieved) has anyone else found this?

I came to this practice with so much anxiety about what’s happening with the corona virus. And this practice helped me find my center again and calm my nervous system. Thank you! I wrote recently i the post below that we have all the guides we need in this time, and I think Adriene, Benjie, and this common are our guides. 💖 https://tamiko.substack.com/p/you-enjoy-our-beautiful-city-darling

Lovely gentle and stretchy practice for my Saturday morning mini break in the very wet Grampians. Even in the rain there's good wallaby and bird spotting to be had from my yoga mat this morning. (Spot the wallaby in the shot.)
