<p>having dealt with body image issues and ED’s for the better part of my life, core focused practices can always be a bit triggering for me so it was so refreshing to have someone focus on working WITH your body not ON it. i felt strong and centered and experienced probably one of the biggest releases i have ever had in a practice at the end. i am coming off the mat teary eyed, and so so grateful for adriene, the fwfg community, and for the first time in forever, my tummy 💖</p>

<p>Great practice. I'm revisiting True this month. I did day 5 and 6 today. I liked the gate post elbow to knee flow and am grateful for the breaks between our core work. I have a Kindle and liked it when Adriene reminded us how fortunate those of us with Kindle readers are to have them 🥰🙏</p>

<p>The most beautiful Day 6 I have ever experienced! So far. Loved every second of this practice. As much as Floor and the other practices preceding this one! “May we always see the truth. May we always speak the truth. May we always feel it!” Nice takeaways too! </p><p>This is a gem of a session. It just shows how all the curated contents here are iwell intended to serve a specific purpose: to make all practitioners/subscribers to really, truly, authentically and with integrity - Find What Feels Good! This is a wonderful find! I am glad I finally took the time to accept the invitation and take the True 30DoY as it really is to be experienced. </p><p>Love cat-cow in tabletop position in both variations, on the palms and then down on the elbows. Nice transition to puppy pose. Love knee circles in puppy and downdogs too! I was so zenned here (yet mind and body were so lit with the breath!) so I don’t really recall much (as always!) the sequence of poses, but it’s all good! Oh! Love the planks! Mountain climbers! Tuck, squeeze and zip up…thanks Sumair! The Gate variation here with knee-to-elbow, wow! Thank you Marnie and Liz! Boat pose, “not rocking.” thanks Adriene! The workshops really pay off! Staying curious! Being open. All contents I have come across here have given me so much support! Everything serves a purpose! I love you Adriene and everyone behind all these goodness!</p><p>This is core work that’s so loving, those slow and mindful leg lifts, “nod your head yes…” thanks Liz! Those spiral twists are so good with my spine moving, feeling at home in the flow - second nature. Mind-Body-Breath moving as one! Thank you for these gifts Adriene, to exist and just be. Thanks Rey - I am so touched and ever so grateful. I was so content and discovering more happiness, and it’s so expansive! I value my time more. And notice what I hold on to, a great way to assess acceptance, letting and releasing what holds me back. Wow! </p><p>I am thankful for this 30DoY journey! Thanks FWFG team for the highly- curated sequencing of the monthly calendars it has honed and toned and trimmed me in the most beautiful and safe manner. From my heart to yours: I love you all back! To have this new “finds” amidst the external pressure all over the world, is to have the equilibrium and the wherewithal to be able to stay present and accepting of what is.
