This sequence really didn’t work for my anger. I needed more movement to burn off. The stillness in here made it worse. Better to use Shift Perspective. Love Adreiene and these are usually so rightbon, but not this prrson, this video, this time.

<p>This was a waste of time.  If I am angry I want to punch something, not lay around on my stomach or my back laughing. I do NOT recommend if you are angry.  I actually would not recommend it for any day.  It's just laying around doing nothing.  I wish there were a way to mark the ones that are not good so I don't waste my time again.</p>

Just had the most awful fight with a family member. Wow, it sucked. I’m still super upset but i definitely felt a good deal of the angerbinwas holding just fall away. When Adrienne started laughing, i immediately burtears
