Loved that I did not feel it was a long session! Very smooth. So amazing that you continue with the same language. Makes it so much easier for students to follow you through the years. THANK YOU!

Great slow and steady strengthener. Nice and stretchy in the beginning with some yoga style ab work. Some hovering cats, downdogs and planks. Followed by a nice warrior series - some crow (don't fall forward onto your face and smash your glasses into your nose and give yourself a black eye), then back to the ground and more slow steady ab work.

very refeshing to do a longer class, so many short classes, so many chocies resulting in me being wired instead of relaxed at the end of my session. yes, yoga like the old days with physical classes and not on-line before Covid hit. wished you had a favorite category and a super favorite category. Thanks for being the warm and giving person you are.

f

I saved this to the weekend when I have more time... It was so nice to revisit this practice, it's a strong one but gentle and even though I still can't fly in crow for even a second, I can see how far I've come. 😎✌️🏵️ I might finish up now with a short meditation practice.

I didn’t find this community until about 6 months into the pandemic, so I always appreciate when an older video shows up for the daily practice. It’s cool to see. 😊

This felt wonderful all over! So deserved! I reveled in the sensations for a full 15 minutes in savasana. Delightful! This is my first time doing this practice as I skip practices with weight loss title. I did this after a nice relaxing shower with hair still wet. It’s refreshing! Let my hair down. That’s why it was so satisfying. Smelling of almonds and shea, such a nice experience. This weekend has been trying, I managed because the practice works(!) and tonight everything has aligned! Thanks Adriene! Highly detailed cues or instructions allowed me to fully surrender. This is great beginners practice too as the pacing and holds are very supportive. True to form, this is strengthening and lengthening! Nice for the whole body, even the mind and showcases the power of the breath. May we show our strength in moments of contraction and expand instead of allowing gravity to pull us down. Be well 04/07/24 💜
