<p>Transformation is not about becoming something you are not. It is about coming back to your true self. That is the beauty of Yoga and integrating the principles of yoga into your work out. All yoga is yoga for weight loss - in a way - because it's all about awareness and loving yourself.</p><p><br></p><p>This yoga practice gets FIERY with a focus on opening in the hips, stretching the hamstrings, a core connect, and some neck and shoulder love. This was a big request from the kula (community). </p><p><br></p><p>This is a nice full sequence to connect your mind and your soul, and to work that body! Be mindful, move with your breath and enjoy!</p><p><br></p><p>Our Yoga for Weight Loss series is a set of full-length yoga workout videos designed to burn fat, workout your core, and strengthen and lengthen your body.</p>

<p>I woke up sore this morning from gym</p><p>Class yesterday and thought this might be too hard on my body. I was wrong. It was a great way to stretch things out and feel strong. A couple of modifications needed but that’s ok. </p>

<p>A weird thing happened to me during this practice today, when I was sort of hugging myself, I just suddenly felt I was hugging a young me. And she was like, “yes I am still here.” It was nice to reconnect with that girl. Thank you, Adriene, for those little magic moments. </p>
