<p>Adriene: "You can repeat this video one more time if you want more...". Me: *hollow laugh* and abundance of awe for anyone doing it twice in a row ๐Ÿ˜‚. Really pleased i did it and have committed to doing whatever video shows up on the calendar - sometimes i swap out for ones more comfy for me. I pretend I'm listening to my body but really I'm listening to my fear. This was great today, and i don't want to add to anyone else's fear, but once in a day was definitely my appropriate edge ๐Ÿ™</p>

<p>It is really amazing how a video like this, which i think might have just felt frustrating and hard the first time i tried it years and years ago, now feels more challenging and fun :) still hard, but i feel the growth from all the years of practicing ^^ yoga works :D it's nice to revisit some practices that one hasn't tried in a while sometimes :) thank you so much ๐Ÿ’œ</p>

<p>Glad I got through this one, but I find when I'm lifting my legs for ab work, it works my quads more than anything else. I'm assuming my posture or positioning is off, but has anyone experienced this and got any tips to improve or adjust to get the intended workout? </p>
