<p>This is a nice session for a total beginner to yoga who has an active injury they are trying to address.  It is not a session for anyone who would like to move through a series that may help a flair up or to help avoid one.  I love Adrienne but this is so slow with way too much instruction and talking.  It would be nice to indicate in teh description that it is suitable primarily for beginners.</p>

My legs were trembling as i was raising them with the help of towel. Please suggest if this is normal

Helpful props: a towel, tie, belt, or yoga strap; a pillow or bolster or rolled up blanket or towel for under your knees; and possibly a yoga block for between your knees

2 1/2 days ago I over lifted. Didn’t think much of it until 2:03 AM (BAM) I have never felt sciatic pain like this in my life. Later that day, I tried "Bone Health Practice" it felt so good. What are the odds that this new bone health practice video came out just when I needed it. I ended up sleeping on my mat with the super warm cozy blankets on top for the night. Thank you, Adriene our angels are watching over us. 🌈✨💕 namaste P.S.(hoping for a new bloopers reel)

<p>This was super helpful, I am recovering from an injury and eager to get back into practice ,and not being gentle with myself has already bit me a few times ,slowing my progress with healing back down. It is a humbling lesson when you injure yourself and out of nowhere are limited in so many ways. I am so grateful that I found this video today, and truly in love with this community!
