<p>Chose this one for today… thinking of going for a slow jog, so wanted something related to running. We’ve been having a heatwave up here in the Northeast US, + I’m feeling a cool-ish breeze come through the windows as I sweat. I stupidly got sunburnt at the beach the other day, so I need to make sure to slather on the block. Thank you, Adriene + sweet Benji for this reliable practice. <p>great to see this reliable fave pop up on the calendar today! i am currently in korea with my pops, visiting family in the southern part (pohang) + my cousin is the best hostess. she laid out a yoga mat for me in the main part of their beautiful apt, + i’m practicing while everyone else is asleep. the jet lag has really allowed me to have several hours in the morning to myself, + it helps that i’m a much earlier bird than the rest of the people here. happy turkey day (time difference) to everyone in the US. sad to be missing the rest of my family this year, but we’re sure to have a lovely one again next year. thank you, adriene + sweetest benji. namaste all 🙏💖🦃🙆🏻‍♀️🫶so grateful for this fwfg fam</p>

I loved that. I wonder if you could create a stretchy practice dedicated to self massage? In one video in Move you showed us an amazing position to massage the booty on the mat but I don't remember how or which video it was. A one-stop shop for self massage would be awesome!

<p>Back here again. I discovered I tend to gravitate to this specific runners yoga before my runs on the weekends. It’s a reliable one for me. Lots to do today, + still trying to figure out if I should do it all or pick + choose. I’ve really slowed down in my older age, + find it more challenging to fit everything in.
