<p>So good when I feel irritated or anxious, as I am right now.I have been a runner and yogi for many years but fear that my life will change due to heart problems. I will have a check up on Monday and am rather scared. But this practice and also meditation of stillness has calmed me down. <p>I sometimes struggle with anxiety attacks with PMS. It's been easy to manage with lavender pills, yoga, and my sweet dog, Julie. Julie passed from lymphoma a few short weeks ago after just 6 years on this earth. It's been so hard without her, especially on the mat. My mantra on hard days had been Julie is part of the earth and the earth is part of me. I miss her terribly. This helped. </p>
