<p>This one is going on my "been there done it" list - I'm grateful that I'm fit enough to follow, it's a good warm-up, but it's too fast and too up-down, and I prefer the practices with "live" voice rather than voice-over. For digestion, I prefer gentler practices like Yoga for Digestion, Yoga for Healthy Digestion and Yoga for Gut Health - and for a stronger one, <span>Yoga for Detox and Digestion (one of those lovely outdoor practices!).</span></p>

I remember doing this one 2 years ago when I started YWA... was a bit lost :p Today it's just smooth and energizing... Keep on returning to your mat everyday, it's worth it...❤️

I am definitely glowing after this practice, thanks Adriene! I did this after today’s calendar session: Foundations of Flow. This is one gem of a practice. A perfect pick-me-up, just lovely. A bit fast-paced, energizing yet mindful flow. Great after beginner’s sessions in August 2022 calendar. Nice way to encourgae myself to keep showing up and embracing a curious mind as it allows me to flow mindfully and meet each day with a grateful heart. All that in just under 30 minutes, effective exercise in self-love in the shortest amound of time. Namaste 🧡💛💚💙

This got me angry so i know it was a good one lol. Had me yelling to slow down a few times
