Interesting! I am a type 1 diabetic (glucose monitor, insulin pump etc) and even though it is a mellow practice, my blood sugars began to drop in the first 7min and had to stop and eat fruit! Definitely something to be said about mindfully working within the shapes 👍❤️

<p>I happened across this practice thanks to a kind member who directed me here to work on plough pose. I am not sure how I managed to overlook this practice until now?! It's a lovely, peaceful and low to the ground session that really helped me with plough. I will be returning! Oh and it's a perfect wind down for Friday evening too! 🙏🥰👏✌️</p>
