Nevermind the cycling theme. This is such a yummy practice, not for cyclists, but any human being (which includes cyclists). Get ready to create space in the upper body with cat-cow, puppy pose and thread the needle. Then get into the lower body with low lunges, half split, pigeon pose and some lovely reclined leg babies for some glute love. It has some short hovering cats to check in with the core but no planks or down dogs, a nice low to the ground nourishing practice. Go for it.

This was great. I especially like that there were opportunities for me to take sips of coffee throughout the practice.

Also great if you sit or stand a lot. All my favorite asanas here... lizard, pigeon, thread the needle... and love that booty massage! This would be a good one to do at .75 speed. Wish I'd thought of that beforehand. ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—

Loved this (not a cyclist) but it was a great practice for my hips!

Amazing way to wake up in the morning! Just received confirmation on the 11th, another year of FWFG paid for! At the cost of less than one dinner per month itโ€™s totally worth it. Taking care of the body and mind as we age is so important. Thank you Adriene and team. Sending love โœจ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒˆ

Adriene how do you always know exactly what i need??? I've been a month and a half hecticly traveling with very little yoga. I woke up thi morning feeling like every muscle in my body was stiff and sore. Now i feel great after this kind stretchy practice. You are a gift to me, a medicine. Thank you!

If I made a YWA top 10, this would be on it. It might even be my most-repeated practice. It feels so effective, yet itโ€™s a relatively short practice. Quick tip: try using your fingers between your toes (yogi toes!) in the last stretch instead of just holding your foot. Probably not for everyone, but if youโ€™re like me, this may take it to a whole new level of amazing for you!
