<p>I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I love this video. I think it’s perfect for any level because you can “dress it up or dress it down.” I remember my first yoga class, where the teacher said “this is about moving in the body you have right now, today” which just made me feel so welcome to the practice. And I could not do any of it. Even sitting in “easy poses (ha!) was very hard to do for more than maybe 10 seconds. Over time I learned that you just show up in the body you have and beautiful things can happen. </p>

Just found FWFG, so glad I did as I am recommitting to my yoga, needed a chair for lunges and down dog, felt great after and am thrilled to see where this takes me!

I am so bad at yoga but giving it another go. I have never been flexible. I love learning and trying poses at my own pace at home with my animals around me. I love it when Benji makes his appearances. Mostly i feel like i am finally getting what yoga is all about!

Like Bailey M Rankin, I'm getting back into not just yoga, but everything.. I find I do a week of sometimes a few days then, make the excuse that there is just no time, or I get stuck in a book which leads to the next in series until a week's gone by... Any who!!! Loved this yoga, getting back to basics is great when you want to add something else to the morning. I did a beginner kettle bell workout before hand (back to basics all-round day today) Then when December starts I'm going to jump into what ever Adrian has planned for us :) then bring on 30 day yoga Jan!!!
