This balancing and strength building Feel Good Flow practice assists you in developing both stability and flexibility in your joints while connecting and moving from your core. With a focus on the upper body, prepare to use asana and breath technique to move your whole body, regulate your nervous system, and release tension in the neck and shoulders. Use this time to connect to your breath, learn more about your current mental state, and cultivate an abundance of peace within.

26 minutes to check ALL THE BOXES!

YOU CAN AND YOU WILL. Great practice! And that closes my 6th month of daily oractice😊. I have never done any kind of oractice or workout before for 6 minths straight so this is truly a testament to adriene and her kind, loving and truly unique offering amd gift! Thank ou Adriene amd FWFG team!💛💛

Just what my neck and shoulders needed in my 6-week postpartum body! Lots of bending over and looking down into baby’s face.

Are eagle arms easier if you don't have breasts or longer arms? Bit of t-rex with boobs over here. Definitely not my favourite practice, lots of poses I strongly dislike (mountain climbers anyone). But I got through it. So go me.

Thank you so much. Much needed today. Feeling unworthy and like I'm nothing which I know is.not true but better after the practice. I suffer from a sensitive depression that I have to balance everyday. I have a deep.sense.of my feelings which I'm learning how to guide them but I have to take this time so I can be better and be ok. II know I get stronger but I feel I have a lifetime to go to feel better inside. To be happy with myself. I've been taught to be perfect and the Bible teaches we are all sinners but I think that rattled me after my divorce to try so much harder. That's been 10.years now. I have a lover and best friend but inside my worth haunts me daily. It's a wave of emotion that I've learned to acknowledge but still sits there. Thank God for this yoga. I do not know how to explain it but it helps me so much. It is a natural medicine.

Thank you for this balancing and strengthening practice, Adriene! I am grateful for this month’s theme. I am so looking forward to all the sessions included in this month’s calendar. I am stronger than I was when I started this journey. I have a grateful heart. I love this community. This short practice checked all the boxes! Flexible mind and body, makes for a happy heart! A change of pace is always welcome! Loved eagle arms. Revisiting sessions like this informs my body that my practice have come a long way, indeed! Showing up consistently even for just a little time goes a long way. Being here is an act of self-love. Appreciate this mindful practice even more after Marnie’s Yoga for Osteoporosis series. With awareness comes clarity. That’s what that series has gifted me. Take good care everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Loved every second of this oractice. I wobbled in standing cross-legged eagle arms; shifted, adjusted, focused on my dristhi; ease with effort and voila…thanks Adrienne. Released, let go. Great work! Peaceful 10-min. savasana. Thanks Adriene. May we all find ease when difficulties arise. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

This is a self-care favorite. When I feel tight in the neck and shoulders I return to this practice to feel relieved and rejuvenated. Grateful for this community and the FWFG Team.
