<p>This was great! Like some others, I’m used to doing yoga in the morning so I was a little hesitant to do this. But this is my 64th birthday month and I wanted to do something different every day this month, it made sense to start early today by doing this workout. So glad I did! Feeling invigorated and refreshed, ready for the day. Thank you 🙏🏻 </p>

<p>Really liked this, I'm sweaty. Please please how do I get my feet flat in squat? I'm 68, I USED to be able to do it, broke foot 3 years ago, now I can't! Is it a hip thing or a foot/ankle thing? Thank you!!! 💪♥️✌️</p>

<p>I am unsure about my foot position on the first set of squats - is it more like a yogi squat so feet turned out? Was worried about my knees and not letting them go out beyond my toes </p>
