<p>This was lovely tonight. Perfect session to wind down for the night, right after practicing Yoga to Gain Perspective and Hip Mobility. This is the first time I have come across this hidden gem. I love this! Thanks Adriene, for everything! I am grateful that I have this safe space to unwind and let go of the day. And be grateful for all that I have. My hips loved this. It’s such a nice release. All the other practices prior to it too! This is just wonderful. I love how great this was for my hips and my whole body. I feel so renewed, reset and recalibrated after all those sessions. I am ready to call it a night. Feeling so gathered. I feel blessed to have this opportunity to nourish and tend to my own self.
