Whether you’ve been in a car, on a plane, or simply sitting for too long, this practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath.</span></p><p><span>Travel can leave us feeling a bit stiff or out of sync, but just a few moments of mindful movement can make all the difference. In this short session, we’ll loosen the limbs, release built-up tension, and invite circulation back into the body with slow, intentional stretches.</span></p><p><span>Perfect for after a long day of movement (or stillness) this practice will help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and at home in your body.</span></p><p><span>All you need is a little space and a willingness to slow down. <p>What an absolutely beautiful practice. Although I haven't traveled to a beautiful location, I am traveling the journey of grief. One loved one is in a hospice house and another has a progressive disease requiring round the clock care. </p><p>This practice was exactly what I needed. I loved Adriene's words of wisdom that our practice, "...(communicates) to our nervous system that we landed...We're home...We're safe..We get this sense of grounding. Presence. Embodiment...." </p><p>For me, that is the gift of yoga, the teachings of FWFG, and the community within. I stepped onto my mat with stress and sadness, I am leaving with  a sense of gratitude and calm. Thank you. 💗</p>

<p>I’m sure it was intentional on your part, but it took me years to realize the value of you never commenting on specific current events. It allows me to leave those issues outside when I enter your space. Also, I know that I will likely encounter people that are on the other side of whatever issue I’m upset about in your space. that helps me realize that who we are as humans is separate from what we do as humans. There is no other “space” like this that I know of </p><p></p><p>thank you.</p>

<p>i just did this practice, after the stamina building pilates class with liz, my upper back and neck are feeling much looser. they have been quite stiff, since i am studying quite a lot these days, and they cramp up easily. thank you liz and adriene!</p>
