In this short session, we’ll loosen the limbs, release built-up tension, and invite circulation back into the body with slow, intentional stretches.</span></p><p><span>Perfect for after a long day of movement (or stillness) this practice will help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and at home in your body.</span></p><p><span>All you need is a little space and a willingness to slow down.
