<p>Ooh! That was very loving and kind. The TLC continues, especially after yesterday! I settled in savasana with my limbs spilling way off the mat and my arms in TX T position. This felt really good! So soothing, relaxing, calming and settling all the nutrients and benefits of my practices as it permeates deep within every sinew of my being! </p><p>Thanks Adriene for a truly meditative experience on the mat. Movements that feel like a balm to my body, heart, mind and soul. An homage tot he power of the breath. For the kind to settle on whatever serves me best :) Be kind. Be gentle. Create more space for grace and compassion. Towards the self. Then others. Itโs all connected.</p><p>Finding soft places to land as I expand my awareness of the space and connections within through physical yoga practice and how essential it is for me to invest precious time on the mat for self-care that truly serve! </p><p>Thanks Adriene and the whole treat for the love, care, kind attention to details that you all put into each session and how they build up into the next and into my life!
