Here on the 24th working my way back onto thenDlow calendar after a week or so of going with more gentle sequences for what I feel now is an SI joint issue. This felt good. I especially like moving from tree pose to warrior 3. I cannot recall doing so before, and it is definitely one I will use again. 597 days in a row with Adriene.

This one didn’t feel as well cued as some. I found myself in a few awkward positions before i was able to turn my head to look at the video

Never understood why people would cry at yoga. Today, through these beautiful movements, unlocked a next level for me. I felt peace and leting go of something my body was holding onto. Dont totally understand but I trust it. Peace and love to the whole community. 💕

I didn’t love this one this time but it was marked as one of my favorites, so maybe it’s just my mood. It was a bit repetitive and I never really love the pre-recorded ones. I miss Adriene‘s live energy.
