<p>Halfway mark! Iโ€™m feeling grateful for this series! Iโ€™m celebrating what we have here. This session exemplify how effectively nourishing it is to my whole ecosystem if I just so much as Dedicate even just a few minutes on the mat, as truly, โ€œa little goes a long way.โ€ This was simply beautiful. Iโ€™ve been surrendering to my breath more and allowing it to reign supreme over my body and my mind as I mindfully move through on the mat. I enjoyed lionโ€™s breath, it always make me feel joyful. That nice gentle seated side twists at the beginning were so good tonight. Cat-cow. Extended childโ€™s pose. Elbow planks. Downward facing dog (with one hand to chest), 3-legged dog, knee towards the chest felt so strong and soft too. More nuanced than usual. Find Your Flow is a good challenge this month. More in tune with my own Ryhthm. Iโ€™m also softening my flow and stays as I practice with more audible breaths. Love the hip dips to close the practice. Revealing that softening in plank position can help maintain strength and stability. Expand my perspectives, widen my lens, improve my vision! Be creative. Create space. Thanks Adriene! <p>Iโ€™ve had a rough start to the day (dealing with serious burn out) but this practice was exactly what I needed. Even the hip dips were fun? What the heck? Also noticed I scheduled this thirty days with this practice landing on the lions gate portal and we did lions breath lol. Love the synchronicity of life sometimes. ๐Ÿฆ </p>
