Loved this one. After over 6 years of 7 days a week of yoga with Adriene, I still can’t fully master crow pose! 😂 It hurts the back of my arms. Any tips will be appreciated!

Had a surgery yesterday and can't finish the series now. Very sad about it but I have to rest 3 weeks. After that, I will finish and in the meantime I will take some deep breaths🥰 Thankyou all for the support, cozyness and the lovely community. Lucky to practise here the rest of the year all year long! Namaste 🙏🏼

This series has been such a beautiful gift for me during such a challenging point in my life. It has been difficult to trust that all will work out, for it seems as if one thing after the other happens, each one bigger than the last. And yet, every day, I roll out my mat and show up, for it is the one time that I know I am among community, I can tend to my own body, and I can let the emotions flow. As Adriene said today, it is a "flash of surrender."

I am noticing that amidst much grief, I can find moments of contentment, and even gratitude. I am attempting to keep my mind where my feet are, firmly rooted in the present, and not trailing behind the many what-ifs of life. And while I have so much uncertainty surrounding the future, I know without a shadow of a doubt, that I am beyond blessed to always be surrounded by love. What a gift that is, love amidst grief, uncertainty and pain.

So today I send love to each of you today from my heart to yours. ❤️

Bunny and Crow Pose are not fat girl friendly. I get disappointed when no substitutes are offered.

Today I had my daily practice with a little chaos because Zeus, just like his namesake, does not like it if HE is not the center of attention. So he made a quick mess (as you can spot in the background) and then proceeded to the mat to look at me accusingly while I was in forward fold. Don't blame me for pressing pause and taking a picture because his little annoyed face cracked me up so much 😅

Hope it'll get a chuckle out of some of you too, namaste ya'll. We're almost done 🥲

Can't believe there is only one day to go on the final FWFG 30 day series... I used to be terrified of the final day but as my practice has grown, I look forward to it and to see how far I have come. See you all tomorrow x

This journey has been a beautiful counterpoint to a difficult and painful month. I am grateful for the reminders it has given me that through it all, there is breath, energy, and, at the end, new beginnings. Thanks to Adriene for being our guide and to the YWA team for this meaningful start to the year. Namaste.

Nice sensations in savasana. Thanks Adriene, this was a lovely revisit, practiced after PSo5. I love this beautifully choreographed :) session. Finding freedom within the form, trusting myself in all the poses! Palms to the third eye. Nice mindful pacing. Minimal but supportive on point cues. I love how this evolved from seated to standing! Majestic tree pose, bunny, very happy baby, bridge pose, (nice approach to) crow, fish pose (wow!), chaturanga to updog…and so much more. All those recent grounding sessions from Rey and Liz add layers of awareness and understanding of “what and how and why” - there’s so much more to love and discover about my yoga practice! Thank you for inviting your teacher-friends into this platform. I am grateful to and for all of them! To be so loved and supported by all of you is truly amazing, I consider myself so blessed to Find What Feels Good - and I take that feeling to heart and to my daily life. Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing. Sending everyone lots of positive vibes and good energies for a lovely day or night! May we all live with ease. Thrive. Be well. We are all connected. And our intentions manifest :) 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 10/02/24
