I generally love music during yoga practice, but the bouncing around from chimes & sitar to piano and then guitar made me crazy and totally unable to focus on my practice as I kept anticipating the switch in the music. One, peaceful, zen selection would have been fantastic for me. It’s always so interesting to read the different opinions on videos. Beautiful diversity among us!

I liked how the music changed according to the activity. I didn't hear the siron sound some people commented on which was interesting to me. Made me aware, once again, how different people's life experiences are and how these experiences affect our perseption of things happening around us. Very cool opening of awareness. Thank you folks, i appreciate you all very much.

As a night owl, it has been tough to follow this series again so soon, but I made a commitment to myself to follow the calendar "as prescribed" for the whole year. It must have been at least a month or two since the last Rise, but it takes so much out of me that it feels like it just happened. These practices are fast-paced, and flows that are usually very comfortable for me become a huge struggle at 7am. But I have also felt a lack of growth in my practice lately. I hope that by showing up for myself and honoring my commitment, eventually I will start to see the growth I am yearning for. Thanks and namaste!

This series is one that i have done before, but am noticing the second time around that it really resinates with me. Today especially, i loved the moving meditation aspect of it. Peaceful and soothing.💚
