<p>This Yoga In Bed session is the perfect midnight snack, or can be used to let go of the day and slow down amidst your evening routine. Through breath, self-massage, and mindful stretching we will set ourselves up for a restful night of sleep. </p><p><br></p><p>I recommend pajamas.
