Gently open the front and backline of the body and reduce tech fatigue with this recalibrating practice that is perfect for when you need time for some reflection. A great way to wrap up and lovingly close out the day.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and bring 2 blankets or large towels to use as props. For legs up the wall, you can modify or sub with a chair, or nearby piece of furniture.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Invite your inner world to REST.</strong></p>
