This one was on my favorites list, and now I remember why. Adriene is meticulous on positioning in this one. It feels amazing on the shoulers. I wish there was a place to make notes when we add one to favorites. on

Thank you, Adriene. This practice has helped me change perspective of my husband's passing if only in the moment. Instead of living life without him, I can see living life on my own and what that quality of life can be. Namaste.

I've been following and practicing yoga many yrs. I found Adriene through a referral and LOVED all the free content. This year (22) I gave myself a subscription for my B-day (9/6). I love the ease of finding everything. And all the membership has to offer. I'm so happy to start my day with FWFG.

I really appreciated this practice! I've added it to my favourites (the "u" is because I'm in Canada, eh!). This was my 88th day in a row doing "Yoga with Adriene!" :-)

I started the session with anxiety. By the end of the session, I had moved from my head to my heart, and the anxiety was gone. Thank you, Adrian.

Tassa sleeping next to me during today’s yoga session, which was right on the spot, as always. We just came in from a long walk (including some swimming in the lake). It’s rather hot for my very furry little friend so we need to get out early. Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Great practice! One thing I always struggle with is what we did at the very end, with the bunny pose: How do you simultaneously put pressure in the tops of your feet and press them in the ground, while also not putting all the weight on the head? I never seem to be able to do that.

I chose this today because I needed it. While it will be a while before I can articulate to friends and family where I am today, being here with you trying hard to gain perspective seems like the best for me today. May we find ways to care for ourselves, for our loved ones, for those we meet, for those who cannot care for themselves and be kind to one another. It is November 6, 2024.

Lovely! Started the day with Kapalabhati Pranayama then Yoga for Social Anxiety and this practice to Shift Perspective - a trifecta of goodness in self-love/care. Thanks Adriene. This is a total gem of a practice in and by itself. It starts and ends in child’s pose! To close my practice I close each one in savasana and then rise up from the fetal position. Welcoming a new perspective. Staying open to more possibilities. Confident that I have the tools I need and the frameworks in place to root in the present moment safely. It’s oh so good! This is a highly-creative, wonderfully curated sequence. A gem if a practice in such a short time. Loved how it flowed ever so seamlessly and all those forward folds, sphinx pose, dolphin, spinal flexions, bird dog, side planks, peaceful warrior, thread the needle, bunny pose, chaturangas, happy baby in an unhurried, nicely paced, beautifully cued session - Adriene, you totally rock! Thank you so much and to your team beahi d all of this goodness. Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing. Have a Good Friday and weekend! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
