I'm lesbian but still in the process of coming out - this meditation really helped me honor my truth. Thank you so much!

It feels like… A curious uncertainty, an opening to enchantment, to the unknown, to release.
It feels like… Sensing, listening, anticipating, trusting. The rush of falling - movement, wonder. And the relief of landing safely - patient, knowing surprise, stillness.
It feels like… The strength in vulnerability. The freedom to let go - and the freedom to hold on. To be our self as it is, and to explore and wander willingly, honestly.
It feels like… The trust to let another in, into the spaces where our fears and insecurities hide, and the trust to enter, to be the gentle presence, reminder, to plant and nurture peace and wisdom there.
It feels like… Passion and fire strengthened hearts and souls, that hold and heal each other whenever they fall and break (No matter whose fault it may be) That challenge and support each other, love and care for each other, that build, reinforce, and rebuild, a core of resiliency.
It feels like… Having an extra set of eyes and ears, a separate sense of self to share and to grow with. To see what we can’t see alone, to feel what can’t be felt in solitude. A presence that reflects and mirrors, all of our truths, that shares a secret language, in knowing glances and unspoken words, of dreams and memories, joys and sorrows.
It feels like… Faith and commitment, to a truth deeper than this life, a truth we may only glimpse faintly, occasionally, but fully trust in, that connects and binds all of us, in creation, in awareness, in compassion, in empathy. And a life being guided by that truth, receiving it, giving it, sharing it when we can, where we can, in peace, in kindness, in love.
It feels like… A gentle, calm, return. Together. To Unity.
It feels like…
It feels like Home.

I don't feel very "good" at meditating so I don't ever seek out those practices but I love when they're sprinkled into the calendar like this because it pushes me (gently) to practice and try something I'm not as comfortable with. What a gift this platform continues to be. I'm so grateful 💖

I’m going to the wedding of one of my very best friends today. He is also someone I have been in love with for 4 years. He knows this and we’ve discussed it with openness and honesty. I am happy that he found his person, even as I still wish it had been me. I turned to this meditation today as a way to calm my heart and embrace myself. Namaste.

Sadly the music in the background is too distracting for me and I had to stop the video after 2 min :/

This is a powerful meditation practice. Great after Relationship Boost Yoga. So potent and effective in its simplicity to ground in the present moment and connect with myself. A nice gentle reminder of what a supportive relationship means, truly. Itnis loving, supportive, gentle and uplifting- much like this safe space. One that makes me look amazing, light on my feet, tall in my spine, head held high and with a huge smile on my face or lit deep within. So authentic. Thanks Adriene and FWFG team. Take good care everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
