<p>In this sequence we will use a strong connection to core, spinal flex, strength training, flexibility and pranayama (breath) to flow and remember to have fun. We will challenge our bodies by finding our edge through balancing postures and mindful deep stretching.</p><p><br></p><p>REDEEM is about cashing in and I mean that in the best possible way. Get your money’s worth! Find what feels good even when it feels impossible. This week is about reclaiming what is rightfully yours- your happiness - even through all of the challenges, the sweat and failure. It is about finding JOY in your practice and in your life. Have fun! Don’t take it so seriously! Remember your grace and humor! Meet your edge and keep the bar high. You are worth it, dudes. We are all so worth it.</p>

Week 4 Day 4 Another remarkable session. Exquisite work and another flawless and gentle cues. You’re a rockstar Adriene. I am ever so grateful to be able to have a sustainable at-home yoga practice - all due to this wonderful safe space. Your team is absolutely incredible! Your perfectly timed guidance made it all possible for me to stay present. Mind was equally up to the task. I love my yoga practice. Thank you for sharing your love of yoga - so evident in this Reboot series. Amazing how the contents here can transform someone like me without ever being in your company physically. I am honored to be practicing alongside you and everyone else here with your very descriptive and thoughtful guidance. Redeem is a highly satisfying session. A gift I am so blessed to be able to receive. I loved balancing sequences. Hey, that’s a revelation that I never thought I’d be able to claim in years! I deserve this Reboot! I am worthy of all its benefits. Your loving kindness is so evident and I am humbled by your Light. I bow to the highest in you and everyone at YWA and FWFG. This amazing collective of absolutely wonderful people, I consider friends. Chair pose with eagle arms/legs was absolutely worth the journey! The warrior II flow was just heroic and adorable. The lizard pose - loved it! Sun salutation A was gorgeous. Truly had fun in this session. Finding so much ease on those leg pulses while flat on the back. Happiest and most contented baby. Smoothing the edges, finding lightness, taking flight, more stamina, sustained breathing, stability, body alignment, spacious mind as my spirit soar with joy and gratitude. I enjoyed observing how my body-mind-spirit soaked in the glorious nutrients of my practice in shavasana. Honoring the body has never been easier than I imagined. This was a fun practice. Empowering. Self-affirming. Great self-study in self-love. Shifting. Transforming. In the most satisfying and supportive way - thanks to all of you! Loved the soothing stretches. Thank you for the nice buildup to this final week. Pure perfection. Loved the series Descriptions and the About and Resources sections with the suggestions and your lighthearted and encouraging letter. So informative. It definitely helped me to have a great experience. Reconnect. Reset. Rejuvenate. Perfectly created and curated to culminate in Redeem-ing all the efforts and amazing work. Pure contentment. Unadulterated Joy. Showing up pays off (in huge increments) big time. May everyone feel the same way about themselves as much as I do (this moment). Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
<p>This was challenging for me today in a very different way, than usually. I was struggling to open up amy body. I can do it physically, but today even shavasana was challenging... Opening up my arms and legs felt almost overwhelmingly vulnerable... I thought I new what listening to my body means, but today was so challenging on a completely different level that I felt like I was having a conversation with my muscles all 49 minutes, asking them what they are up for today and encouraging them to do a little more a couple of times. It's so amazing, how different we can be on different days. Thank you for this practise 🩵</p>

<p>just got to Week 4 of this adventure. i'm learning the value of repeating the same practice sequence several days in a row... we don't do that much in the world of always expecting new 'content'</p><p>i feel strong and grounded, the daily repetition helps me to drop in and go inwards. having the practice in memory helps me to let go of the video and tune in to my body. i'm lengthening, breathing, untwisting, strengthening. thank you Adriene - i'd love to see another series like this!</p>

I really don’t understand why this series isn’t getting a lot more attention. This is such a beautiful practice. It’s strong, it’s playful, it’s got balance and focus and deep stretches, and some quiet meditative moments. I return to this practice, and this series all the time.
