<p>In this sequence we will rinse &amp; revitalize the internal organs and work to get fresh oxygen into the body. A key part of losing weight and total body transformation is tending to your insides! In this practice we will stimulate digestion, increase metabolism and deepen the breath. This practice will blend vinyasa flow with some juicy twists for lasting transformation.</p><p><br></p><p>Twists are gold ya’ll! They are little golden nuggets that grow more valuable with each breath. Breathe deep into the belly while you practice REJUVENATE. When we twist we wring out the digestive organs much like when we wring out a sponge or a dirty rag. This is so replenishing for the system! Fresh blood gets flushed back in and the body is left feeling rejuvenated and full of glistening energy!</p>

Week 3 Day 6 So restorative. My internal organs are grateful for the cleansing twists, mindful flows and rejuvenating poses. Found something new in bridge pose. Feels like a good reflexology massage. Thank you for this lovely session. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Week 3 Day 3 Beautiful practice. Equally challenging, strengthening and achievable with grace and ease. Found something new in bridge pose! Love the warrior II twists. Those forward folds! Fully relaxed, surrendered, flushed both sides of my body in savasana. Lots of loving kindness to everyone. Getting used to the lightness, stillness, spaciousness, brightness, contentment and ease - that precious inner smile deep within. The outer ecosystem is transforming quite well too. Grateful for another lovely day on the mat. Rejuvenated and ready to meet whatever comes my way. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Maria- i agree and find this series is my favorite. I love returning to the deliberate peace and strength of the sessions. Very grounding. 🙏🏻♥️

Week3 Day 1 This is a lovely practice. Great sequence. Strength and grace. Effort and ease. I am amazed how wonderful this made me feel afterwards. I feel so light, spacious, content, at peace and without a care in the world. I set my timer for additional 15 min. in savasana. Body scan, visualization, loving kindness - good intentions. The only sensations (aside from my calm breathing) in the body was from my beating heart. Wow! I feel so Rejuvenated by this mindful flow and yet strengthening. Perfectly timed cues from you Adriene, make it all possible for me to keep my mind focused. You’re so gifted. Total awareness for me. Such a great experience. Love this series. This Reboot series gets better every week. So transformative. Thank you from the depths of my being Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
