RESET is about stretching and strengthening from the inside out. We will take the ease we found in video 1 and pair it with our strength training.

This practice is intended to wake up the body in a mindful way and create space both physically and mentally so you are strong, flexible and ready for change. The mind or the manas is so powerful my friends, so as you venture into RESET don’t let toxic thoughts take over. You can always go back to video 1 when you need – but challenge your mind to see if you can experiment with this new video.

In this sequence we work to build strength and increase flexibility with a focus on where the mind will wander. Notice your thoughts each time they come- don’t ignore them. Acknowledge them and then return back to the breath. Use the repetitive motion of this sequence to find both effort and ease. When we balance strength and grace we truly offer the mind and body the opportunity to work together.

This week is about replacing toxic thoughts, bad habits, and negativity with your REBOOT experience.

Week 2 Day 2 Beautiful practice! So soothing. Relaxing. Strengthening. Finding grace and ease in poses that require stability through the mind. Finding grace in cobra/chaturanga/runner’s lunge and transitions. I make time for 15-min. in Savasana to soak in the benefits of my practice. Stillness gives me space, lightness of being, peace, calm, warmth, joy, compassion and a huge dose of loving kindness. No aches and pains. May everyone be so gifted in the same way! A refreshing Reset. Heartfelt gratitude, Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Week 2 Day 1 Wow! Lovely. Exquisite. Soothing stretches. Moving mindfully, with more integrity/stability and with intention. Strengthening sequence of poses. With ease and grace. Another highly-curated practice. A nice Reset. My whole body feels light. My mind is relaxed and spacious. I feel so content after this. I indulged in a 15-minute meditative corpse pose. I am worthy! A manageable strengthening practice for me. Building strength, confidence on the mat and finding ease and grace. The light in me bows to the light in everyone. Amazing. Thank you for this gift. A gem of a series. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I love this session and have it in my favorites. However, for the first time ever, after doing YWA and FWFG for a couple of years now, I find the background music terribly random and distracting. The volume and tempo changes, the vocals are annoying, and there is one part that has what sounds very similar to the closing music at the end of each video. It is really loud and sounds like the session is ending! That will not keep me from doing this yummy practice, but I did want to express my opinion. No music or very subtle background music would be my preference.

Am doing Reboot for 12 days now, alternating 1,2,3,4 and I am impressed. My body feels so much better, backpain is fading out, I'm standing taller. This is a full body training while I'm catching my breath and calming down. Thanks @Adriene for making this and keeping it online.

You definitely need to do this one without a wondering mind. Good one for training to focus. Thanks! Just came across with it after years!
