<p>A gem! Loved this! Time flew by fast, I enjoyed this practice. This felt/feels really good; the power of the breath so evident in Goddess pose! Strong legs! The quads, hamstrings, calves, ankles, feet/arches even toes love all the attention! Really nice for the lower back and hips! Core, shoulders and arms too! Empowering! Great practice for motivating and inspiring me to keep showing up to continue to Build strength, flexibility, ease by toning the lower body. This was so good Adriene! Uplifting! Grounding too! Just enough push without going over the edge. Very mindful and supportive, as always. 04/14/2024 💚🩵💙💜</p>

<p>This was a good practice to remind myself that I AM STRONG! Sometimes when Adriene whispers that phrase during planks or other challenging poses, I whisper it too, even though I might be in a  "fake it till you make it" mode at the time....but not today! 😀Yay me!! I did this at the end of a long, full day and I was surprised and pleased 💞</p>
