This is the first foundations video I have done and I love it! Breaking the asana down and moving into it in different ways is great. I had never tried aligning the heels and I loved it! Looking forward to this month’s practices! 🙏☀️

It was so satisfying to go slowly through my body, checking my alignment and really feeling my breath move me. Such a good reminder to return to the foundations! I was also inspired to do a self-led flow afterwards, incorporating pyramid pose. ❤️
