We start standing today in Tadasana, Mountain Pose. With a rooted awareness from foot to crown, our journey continues as we cultivate happy feet and happy joints with footwork and a mobility flow. This session reminds us of the infinite possibilities that arise when we take time for ourselves and true mind body practice. It also reminds us of the power of letting go.

This sweet practice is 23 minutes and builds strength and resilience with an awareness of directional flows of energy in the body. This type of work can reveal when you tend to rush or be stuck in a certain need for speed, shall we say. Slow down your breath, slow down your body. There is no need to blast your nervous system for results you can see and feel.

Mantra: I am connected to all things with love and kindness.

Let me know how you are feeling in the comments. Great work everyone!

Your friend,
Adriene

I have only ever missed 5 days in 2023 when I was in hospital. Cannot begin to tell you how much this daily practice and the YWA community means to me. I started in January 2021, 7 months into my grief journey after losing my son and yoga has become a vital part of my everyday strengthening, both of mind and body. Thank you from my grateful heart 🙏🏻💜

My sweet Franz decided to join me during shavasana by rubbing his face against my hands while they were pressing at my third eye. A beautiful, loving connection with my cat who isn’t usually my yoga buddy! 🥰

Wonderful practice and so perfectly timed!

I’ve had a swollen calf for a while now getting, tighter and tighter. Yesterday I knew I needed to get it checked out, the doctor was amazing and jumped on, unfortunately investigating DVT. Have been given strict instructions to stop any cardio exercise! Apart from feeling quite shocked as I am fit and healthy, my daily Yoga and cardio 4 times a week are what keep me well, I am of course feeling quite anxious!

Today’s practice made me feel safer with the lovely stretches and flows and the deep breathing calmed my mind ❤️🙏

Also my Birthday so a lovely gift! Thank you Adriene & team ❤️
