The main goal of PRANA is to guide you to have more awareness of the subtle body. You matter. The world needs you. Let’s make sure that the ripple that you are sending out into the world is a conscious one. <br><br>Our final Prana practice is 24 minutes long and plays with directional energy techniques to help align your posture and cultivate a deeper connection with your self/Self. This yoga is a practice of loving yourself and self study. <br><br>Allow yourself to be blanketed in love as this session comes to a close. I am so honored to be connected to you.
