Yoga to Awaken Your Inner Artist. Let go of the distractions and tap into your creative energy with this warming flow to help cultivate your artistic expression.

This fluid practice creates heat while encouraging a healthy flow of energy to support you in feeling a clear presence in body and mind. In this practice we focus on expansion and contraction, just like the creative process. Play within the structure to create, find freedom within the form. Call in an intuitive state while honoring the practice of being in the moment.

Learn to trust and enjoy the process while you stretch and strengthen the body, expand, and co-create with the breath.

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

I texted my husband I was doing yoga and he still called me twice during the practice. I felt angry and annoyed but was trying to use my breath to let it go. Anyone else have interruptions during their practices and how do you handle it?

Starts in childs post followed by a solid cat/cow with extended arm/leg series. Then kind of a cat/downdog series. Around 10 min start a flow with halfway lifts plus airplane arms and runners stretches. Then chair post followed by a high lunge/warrior plus twists series. Around 30 min is some solid glute work plus 1-legged pigeons then nice cobbler stretch. Finally some boat post variations. (also some great footage of Benji running in his dreams - a must see!)

Awesome practice! Loved this so much more. More refined movements as I flow, execute and hold postures. My experience in this practice just now has been tremendously heightened by Yoga for Osteoporosis with Marnie. This practice for me, is a nice check in after completing the series. I am more stable than ever before. I am more grounded. I’m more confident on the mat and off. Mind-body-spirit connects with integrity and newfound intelligence. I have incorporated or ingrained what Marnie teaches (Thomas Hanna) with this newfound awareness in my practice. I am more determined to cultivate extension to resist gravity. To tend to my bones and connective tissues. To move more lovingly and feelingly :) Hugging the midline (you’ve always mentioned this!) for more stability. Core engagement. Spinal extensions and rotations. I am finding more depth/meaning, ease, grace and strength in tadasana, forward folds, downward facing dogs, pigeon pose, bird-dog, triangle pose, warriors, cobra, lunges…it’s oh so good! Feels great in savasana too! Awesome hikes and mindful walks! And just about everything. The way I carry myself throughout the day, I am more present, thank you! Balance. Joy. Peace. Spaciousness Contentment. And so much more! I have a grateful heart. I am so honored to be in this safe space - thanks Adriene, Marnie and everyone at FWFG. Take good care everyone ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

This is one of my all time favorites. I did this back in March and had fun but found it very challenging. Surprised at how much my body and practice has grown since then. Thank you for helping me develop a daily practice 🙌

How lovely to revisit this practice. It is warm and during and creative. By the end of the office, in the final core work beat, i couldn't be as creative as i want with my arms because my core was tired and wouldn't let me! 🤣
