Connection. It is so important to our total well being. This centering practice is all about cultivating an inner landscape for positive and healthy connection. As this experiential series rolls on, our breath inspired movement continues with gentle rigor and focus. Bring a blanket if you like as we will start in a seat for gentle neck and shoulder release and pranayama to build tapas or heat.

This session is 18 minutes and includes low back relief, foot massage with pressure points, satisfying stretches, and mudra.

Prana can connect us to each other and connect us to everything, the entire universe!
Thank you for this 7 days of Prana yoga. Really enjoying it. This is my dog. He is also called Benji. He slept through the breathing too even though I was fairly loud!! He also has just recovered from nearly dying at Christmas so I’m feeling very lucky to have him back home and healthy. Lots to be thankful for.

It looks so easy to move the leg to the front from downward facing dog. It is not for me, right now my body is not able to do it. I am exercising patience with myself. I am showing up, I will get to more flexibility and gain strenghts over time. See you tomorrow, thank you 💚 love the connection

I am enjoying the gentleness of the practices so so much, it sometimes surprises myself.

I started 2024 with the 30 day series, became a FWFG member afterwards and have been practicing every day over the year. Previously I used to look for yoga practices with a lot of speed and exhaustion and when I found Adriene, I realized that it doesn’t need that because there are so many layers in seemingly slow practices and it gives far more opportunity to really connect with oneself. I am so grateful for the opportunity of having a daily weather check with myself through that wonderful routine of daily practice. And it trickles into life to allow for „less“ to „gain more“ and cherish the little things way more again. Thank you Adriene and team for reminding me. 🙏🏼

As it is cold and stormy and rather dark here in Berlin/ Germany these days, I caught myself this morning of wanting to jump right into the set, that glow of light and the wonderfully warm atmosphere. 😅looking forward to day 4 and on!
