<p>I'm introducing my boyfriend to Yoga and I ended up doing this one today. He complained about the speed, and a few other things. What would be a better way of making the transition smoother?</p><p></p><p>I used to do this daily or almost daily, so I'm okay mostly. My body does have to catch up but I know that's because I'm not in the same shape I used to be. I miss this. </p>

<p>Lovely! Did this after Head and Heart reset practice. It’s a great combination with some mindful movements mirroring the other! This has just a little more heat to it. A great session to consider when short on time. A sure fire way to empower oneself quickly. Cool! Love the lizard flow in this one too. I moved on to the bed for cobblers pose and to close the practice. Adjusting to find what feels good! :) </p><p>Both sessions I did tonight align with the newly released, playfully crafted and highly-inspired Halloween lizard-themed video! Perfect for the times! </p><p>Thanks for all the treats that keep me winning (as I see it…) and be more giving :) May we all treat ourselves well and honor where we are today- and then come to practice to create more space and allow shifts in energies to align with what will serve us well, eventually!
